Can someone please describe their experience with BS of Calif. PPO Shield Select?

I am waiting for a list of criterion for WLS--here's where I am at--BMI @ 38.7--100# overweight, co-morbs of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, severe joint pain, asthma, stress incontinence, enlarged heart, trouble sleeping (not dx with sleep apnea)--I am building muscle mass for a reweigh in 3 weeks to raise BMI to 40+--does anyone have a story close to mine?
