Low Protein intake...help!

I am 3 weeks out and averaging about 30gms of protein a day, which is exactly half of what my doctor wants. I have resorted to fresh yogurt and protein shakes from a designer juice place. The van/choc/str. ones that come in cans make me sick. I'm going to start making them at home tomorrow, but this is still gonna be hard. Any suggestions until I can "eat" again? Any positive comments? Everytime I try to eat pulverized chicken or even scrambled and chopped eggs I vomit. No more vomiting...I'm back on "full liquids".
