I am only 7 months out from surgery and already have a large pannus.
Since I still have over 100 pounds to lose, a pannilectomy is not in my immediate future. Before surgery I had already been dealing with back pain and yeast infections because of drooping breasts and stomach. Now I'm also having problems "tucking in" my stomach. Even though I've lost 85 pounds, I haven't gotten into a pair of jeans yet because I can't get my gut folded up and tucked in. I would appreciate any encouraging words and/or advice in pannus care and maintenance between now and surgery.
