What happens if your white count is elevated?

My preops were done Monday. The nurse called me today and said my white cell count was at 16. So I went and had a CBC and a urinalysis done. The ua was fine, and the white count had gone down to 13. I just finished a round of an antibiotic, Augmentin. Do you think they will still do the surgery? I have no breathing problems and I'm not running a fever...HEEEEEEELLPPPPP!
