Are there any military doctors that perform WLS Lap?

I am a military wife. My insurance is Tricare. I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any military docs that perform the Gastric Bypass Lap? And if so where are they located? Also, does anyone know if there's a civilian Dr. that performs the Lap for the military patients that Tricare covers? Thank you all in advance for your help.
