What is up with Roseanne?

I know that Roseanne Barr had a Fobi pouch a while back and was doing quite well. However, I just saw a recent photograph of her and it looks like she has gained back quite a bit of her weight. I was saddened to see this. Has anyone heard any comments by her? It hasn't been all that long since she had her surgery!
