I now have a softball under my diaphragm!

I had my open RNY July '99. In the past month I have developed a softball size protrusion under my diaphram. I see the surgeon tomorrow, but I am worried. Anyone have a hernia in this location? Will a tummy tuck be automatically covered with the repair procedure?
