I have insurance with two companies, BCBS of Texas HMO, and Principle insurance PPO.

Both companies state in their exclusions that they will not cover ANYTHING to do with weightloss surgery (even if medically necessary.) So, I'm a preparing to fight, but I'm not sure who is lesser of both evils. I'm in Austin Texas, any help is much appreciated.
