My Surgeon recommends that I use a nutrionist for my post-op

diet. It is kind of expensive for me since my insurance doesn;t cover dieticians. Does anyone know if there are support groups in the Washington D.C., Maryland Area that teaches what to eat and how to eat post-op. Thanks.
