bacteria overgrowth

I had a gastric bypass 18 years ago and now for the past 15 months I have been on antibiotics. When not on the medication I have diarrhea, pain and mucous in the stools. Mayo said they feel that I have a bacterial overgrowth related to the GBypass. Have you any information on this matter. Thank you
