I need to know is there a WLS Dr that will see me even though

he did not do my WLS. I had my WLS in Shrevport but I live in Dallas. I have not had a follow since my 6 month and I'm now 26 months out on 08/11/05. The reason for this is that I was laid off of my job a month before my WLS but still was able to have it because my Cobra Insurance kicked in and I was already approved. I have not had any major issues but I know I need to get a check up. My husband now has United Health Care PPO. If there is anybody in Dallas That's reading this please help.
