Anyone know what might cause pain and pressure in upper abdomen 16 mos p.o.?

It hurts to take a deep breath and is tender to touch. I think i may have an incisional hernia.. have a bulge in area of my scar... (had open rny Oct '03) this feeling just started about a week ago. Kinda hurts to stand straight up, pain and pressure relieved when I lay on my back. Eating and drinking are fine and seem unaffected... Something just feels weird inside and I am starting to freak!!
