I had my evaluation

I had my eval and the doctorwho mine stated that I needed serious help and that I was having trouble getting over my ex that was a lie and she had some more thing to say against me. just watch who you get good luck i just had my second eval today and he seemed very posiive about me having the surgery, so i hope I can get his over with Happy Thanksgiving cindy crotty
