I am 15 months post op and am having really bad cramping what should i take?

I am having bad cramping and we are unable to take aspirn products is there anything without aspirn in it I can take for this? I tried taking midol and others but it really did a number on my stomach anyone with same problem or that can help me out? Thanks Lisa
