Where are you? Long term post ops?

Hi Friends, Being a long term post op myself I know I enjoy reading profiles of other long term post ops. It helps me to know if I'm "normal" at my stage in the journey. I also think it's a wonderful tool for pre-op patients. I'd love to hear the successes and frustrations of long timers. I'd also love to read updated profiles for long timers. Is everyone keeping their profile updated? Any helpful hints, tips or other things we should know to remain successful? Best wishes to everyone.
