I am due to have my psych. evaluation in a few days...I am told that you want to have

this covered under your medical insurance rather than your mental health insurance since it is a pre-requisite for surgery....(Anthem BC/BS).. Can anyone tell me their experience and the pro's and con's???Thanks..
