If drinking with a meal is a no no . . . how do you take you vitamins?
Sometimes even the little things get so complicated. I was told to take my vitamins with my meals so I drink the smallest amount I need to get them down but there are four at each meal so I that means I am drinking at least a few ounces with two of my meals, how does everyone else do it?
