Has anyone used breastaugusa.com on the internet for financing breast augmentation?

I got an email from breastaugusa.com giving information regarding different plastic surgery options and how you can finance through them and they connect you with a board certified plastic surgeon for reduced rates in your area. In order to get additional information, they want your name/address/social security number and other personal information I'm not comfortable giving. My question is, has anyone used them or heard or know if they are reputable? Thanks for any information you can give regarding this company.
