Exclusion, Calands Group- Exogenous Obesity, what can I do?

I need help with an exclusion on my insurance policy. Turned down 2 times. Reason-My insurance has an exclusion stating charges for Exogenous Obesity , including any prescription drugs, surgery or other treatments are not covered. I have appealed on the basis that I believe my obesity is genetic (indogenous) not Exogenous which means (caused from the outside) .
