Can anyone help with protein option other than shakes, powdered drinks.

I am nearly 6 weeks out and barely getting 30 grams of protein in a day. I know that is not enough but can not stand the powdered drinks or liquid protein drinks either. I am only eating 2 oz of food 4-5 times a day. Any ideas for high protein foods? I use Procel powder but it takes so much to get in the 60 grams I just can't do it. Help!
