Has anyone won against a denial from Lifewise with the written exclusion?

I really want to have the procedure done, but Lifewise will not even pay for me to see a regular doctor about being put on a regular diet. I am prepared to receive a denial letter, but what is the use if they have never changed their mind and accepted any operation? If anyone has received an approval, or is currently fighting them, PLEASE let me know. I am only thinking about starting this paperwork from H*%@.
