BPD/DS Surgeons in Houston,TX or surrounding areas?

Hi, I am considering waiting until open enrollment (waayyyy in Oct! :( so I will not have to fight with Aetna about getting the type of surgery I want. BUT IF I HAVE TO I WILL...& DEBRA COUNT ME IN IF AETNA DOES NOT COME THROUGH!...I have decided that DS is the route that I want to take but cannot find a surgeon in Houston,TX. If any one knows of surgeons in Houston, its surrounding areas or anywhere for that matter, please advise. Thank you in advance. God Bless!
