I am now 4 1/2 months post -op & I'd like to know if I'm doing ok?
I would like to you all to review what a typical day for me is & tell me good or bad what you think! I start off the day with a glass of OJ & then I'm off to take my son to school. I then go to the YMCA & I work out for at least one to two hours everyday....well at least 4 days a week. I use the stair master for about 40 min, I walk, bike & do weights certain days of the week. I do Yoga once a week & I try to swim at least twice a week...but that doesn't always happen. After I leave, I go home fix lunch ... which is normally a "Smart Ones" meal... I can eat half & sometimes the whole dinner...which is 9 0z. Is this normal??? Now the dinner I eat are mostly Szechuan Style Vegetables & chicken...not HEAVY stuff. Around 1pm or so I will have a snack... not always good things... sometimes some WOW chips or an organge, wheat crks. Then I eat a normal dinner... ckn, fish or porkchops... I would guess I eat maybe 5 oz total. Then around 8pm I eat another snack. And yes through out the day I'm getting in my liquids. Now I do have to be truthful...I don't take my vitiams like I should... but does that truly help with the weight loss? I see I'm starting to ramble... I just want to make sure I'm doing okay... I don't go back to see my Dr for another month & half. Thanks ahead of time for any input...
