What is the best way to handle Aetna????

In my insurance book it says under "Managed choice POS plan Expenses not covered. charges for or related to weight reductions or obesity control. Do I still have a chance with my insurance company? I do have back problems and am 140lbs over weight. I'm hoping that someone will have some hopeful insight? I have not submitted this to my insurance as of yet.
