Does Anthem BC/BS Keycare of VA cover removal of Panni?

please I ask this question a couple of weeks ago please some one out there must have insrance as me anthem bcbs keycare of va. will they cover removal of panni? I ask them gave me the run around thank you . I am going today for my 1 year check up down 103 pounds.
