Pintos and cheese from Taco Bell
Many people have talked about how this is a great source of protein. I went to the taco bell website but was unable to get the nutritional info to see the protein and carb, fat and calorie breakdown and don't want to use it until I know what it's made up of. Anyone have the information? Is this something that works for you? I'm afraid because it's fast food that it's full of fat. Thanks!
