YIKES! I'm 3mo post-op & now 7 weeks pregnant....Help!

I was told that with all of the physical problems that my body had, conceiving would be near impossible..well, God had other plans in mind for my husband and me cause here I am 3mo post-op and alittle over 7 weeks pregnant. I'm considered extremely high risk not only due to the recent bypass but because of the blood clots I developed in my lungs 4 days after the surgery and the blood thinners I am now on. I can barely tolerate much food as it is and now I have morning sickness that comes and goes throughtout the day and the drs are concerned about my nutritional intake. Today I have been ordered to bed-rest due to major cramping and some light spotting. The good news, though, is that we were able to see the baby's heart beat..Yea GOD! Has anyone else been where I am. I desperatly need all the advice and encouragement I can get! Thanks!
