What happens if I eat potato chips as a new post op?

I am 10 days post and I ate 1 oz of chips! Will I leak? I know I should not have, and I will not do it again. I chewed them until they were liquid. However, I am so worried. I only had a teeny bit of cramping, but I am scared. HELP!
