What should I do? Dr. in Network but hospital is not????

How can this be so? The Dr. is in network but the hospital is not. What should I do????? Do you think the hospital will set up payment plans or will I have to have it up front? I am just getting started on all of this so maybe I should look into another Dr. that both will be in network. I really like what I have found out about Dr. T in Melbourne, FL. though. What do you guys think???
