What is going on???
I am thrilled that I have lost 56 pounds but for the past two weeks my scale has not budged off of 199. I have started to do more protien,water and I have started walking 2 miles each day with some light weight training and my time of the month is over.(I was hoping that would make the scale move lower, but it didn't) I don't understand how I can eat so little and do so much exercise and still no weight loss. I am 14 wks post op. Somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong!!!!
