Oh Geez !! I need some advice
Hello, Thank you to anyone to reads and responds to my pathetic question :) I had Lap RNY Nov 18th 2002- Perfect recovery. Ever since day 4- I feel like I'm starving all the time. I have NEVER felt "full" after eatting ANYTHING. I am concerned about the amount of food I can eat..Would like to hear some opinions about my diet...NOTHING has EVER made me sick. I can eat all meats/fish/cheese- I can eat carbs..but try to avoid them. No problems with veggies or breads. I follow all the rules...I always get in at LEAST 64 oz of water (more like 80) I don't drink with meals..and wait an hour after eatting to drink. I hear other post ops say they are able to eat a few bites- and never have an appetite. I find I am able to eat like 4 oz at a time.(depends on what it is) today for brkfst..1oz chicken 2.5 oz cottage cheese..Lunch 1/2 turkey and cheese on a hard roll with mustard, (only the 2nd time I've had bread. I won't have any more til next month) dinner- 2.5 crabcakes (3oz) 1 oz hard cheese...Snack- 1oz pistachios...The day before- Brkfast 1 hard boiled egg..Lunch 2oz chicken 2 oz of sushi, Dinner 3oz chicken 1 oz asparagus..Doesn't this seem like a diet someone 10 months would follow ? Again, I NEVER have a feeling of being full..I MUST stop myself (or I'll just keep eatting) Would love to know what anyone thinks :)
