For those who are at goal. How do you stop losing & maintain your weight?
I had Open RNY Nov 2001. I weighed 237 pounds & had a goal of 140. I am now down to 122 & seem to keep losing. Not much, maybe 1-3 pounds a month. My family is worried about me thinking I am getting "too" skinny, however, I like the size I am but don't want to lose anymore. How do I maintain this weight? I can eat whatever I want but still cannot eat much at one time. Thanks...
