Is there a doctor in the Omaha, NE area who is WLS supportive?

I have recently moved to the Omaha area and am starting over looking for a good WLS supportive doctor who is also listed under BC/BS PPO Blue Preferred. Also, please let me know if anyone here has had trouble with getting approved by this insurer? I know that I need to have this surgery soon as I am slowly killing myself with this weight. I have done everything to lose but I know that sterner measures are in order so that I can be healthy again. Any answers would be very helpful. Thank you Linda
