Is there a WLS Surgeon in Germany who accepts Tricare?

Hello all, My friend's is living in Freidberg, Germany and is in search of a WLS Surgeon. Her husband in the US Army and she has Tricare insurance. Does anyone have any names of Surgeons or suggestions of resources she could use in Germany? Thanks in advance.
