Can anyone out there share with me the codes for DS?

I was recently approved for Medicaid, and I have to choose one of the providers for my area tomorrow. I am going to talk to someone who can help me choose a plan based on my needs. But what I was wondering is if any one out there has the procedure code(s) for the Duodenal Switch and any related procedure they do with the DS like gallbladder removal. I want to be able to go in there and say..."I want the plan that covers this procedure number". Thanks a bunch!!
