How long does it take sublingual B12 to dissolve??

I've been taking sublingual B12 from GNC. It seems like it takes *forever* to dissolve under my tongue--seriously, I put this in about 20 minutes ago, and its not totally dissolved. I've read other posts about how b12 dissolves "in an instant". Not for me, it doesn't. Is this an average time? Thanks for any help!
