Fatty liver prevent surgery

Now I know when your obese you can not be totally healthy, well I thought I was, I went for medical clearance today my final step ,and my PCP was concerned about my Fatty Liver and my bld work. It Reads AST 97 (normal 14-36),TBIL 1.7 (Normal 0-1.2), and ALT 94 (normal 9-52) and sonogram of my abdomen states my liver has signs offatty deposits Should I worry?
