sugar free carnation

I saw my dietitian yesterday. She suggested that I use SF Carnation Instant Breakfast drink. I've tried to find this to no avail -- I thought Wal-Mart had everything! :-) Has anyone else had this trouble. I am 3 1/2 weeks pre-op and I want to find this and try it. Besides that she suggested for me to start taking two shakes a day beginning next week.
