hey everyone just wanted to know..........

just wanted to know if you think im doing or losing at a good rate. i had lap rny on 4/17/02 and lost 107 pounds so far may be more(last time i checked was in the middle of sept. i feel so energized and happy. the only thing i must confessedis that i dont take my vitamins and calcium,like im supposed to , i hate protein shakes and get my protein in by what i eat, and i drink a lil water. i think i am slacking and i know i should be drinking more water than waht i am, and believe me i am going to work on that, has anyone else just started to slip up for a min or go through some kind of phase if so how did you overcome that little thing..........thanks
