Any Remedy for Scar Discomfort When Wearing Slacks?

I am almost 5 weeks post op(open) and will be going back to work in about 3 weeks, my incision is SOOO uncomfortable when I wear pants, I can't stand to wear them, unless I am going somewhere. I have been putting neosporin on it. The pants rub my incision, and at work I will be doing a lot of bending, twisting, walking and general moving. I am a nursing assistant, and do Total patient care, some of these guys can't do ANYTHING! Your input will be appreciated.
