Have a big hernia and all of a sudden I have a lot of nausea.

I AM 5 1/2 MONTHS POST-Op and I have noticed in the last few days that taking a drink of water fills me up and makes up feel nauseas. I am not eating much as it does the same. Could the hernia be causing this. The hernia is right near my puch. Judy Syhock
