I have a consult scheduled, my question is about all the testing

prior to approval. Does the surgeon usually set up all the medical testing or will I need to go back to my PCP for referrals for each medical test that I will need. I realize Drs. don't always do things the same way, just wanted to hear from others about their experiences. Thanks, Sheryl
