What makes you smile?

From time to time one of us post ops or pre ops asks a question that we all enjoy answering. I just read a question from a nice lady who was suffering from "Sinking Heart Syndrome" and it made me think that we need to inject a little humor here to make everyone feel good about WLS. So, I wanted to ask this question - What makes you smile since WLS? Can you tell us a funny experience or an uplifting experience or even a special milestone? I think it would be a feel good experience for all of us. THANKS!
