i have moved out of state

hey everyone whats up, i just have a question. i am post since 4/2002 and had my last dr. visit in june. i moved to another state and in the process of finding a dr. when and how often do i need to see the dr. and what types of tests needs to be preformed. so far i have lost 87lbs , and feel great. do you guys think that im losing weight at a good pace.
