GUYS: Do men need plastic surgery (panni, TT, ...)?

I spent some time looking at before/after and profiles tonight and it doesn't seem like the men need plastic surgery. It could just be a coincidence for the ones I looked at, but it made me wonder. How could anyone avoid the extra skin after loosing so much? Do you guys need it? Curious minds....
