Please!! Any Georgians out there who have used split billing..

I have 2 policies..both with exclusions... I am thinking this is my last resort. I know Dr. Burrowes in Atlanta has done this but am wondering if anyone knows of any other docs' in Ga..also if anyone has done this, how did you pay the difference? I am considering having reflux repair surg. and paying the dif. for the rny part..about $4000. I am wondering if that will all be required at one time or if the doc's will work with you. Also would having a primary and secondary policy help at all on an approved procedure? Thanks!! Pam
