What is this dizzieness from?

I am two weeks post op and was feeling fine until two days ago. All of a sudden when I wake up in the morning I am so terribly dizzy and feel like I can't concentrate. I drank my 3 oz. of apple juice & some water, but I am sweating and don't feel right. The dizzieness yesterday continued until the mid afternoon. Has this happened to anyone and what was the cause. I am waiting on a call back from my doc. Thanks for your help. Ellen
