What about pregnancy after Tummy-Tuck?

Before someone gets mad...I couldn't find the answer to this in the library and I looked. Ok...I am 24 years old and I would love to have children someday (within the next 5 or 6 years)I hope I don't need a TT...but if I do end up getting one, is it true that you shouldn't get one before having kids? I've heard pregnancy totally destroys the "job" that the TT did on your flat belly and it stays stretched out.
