What do I do. I plateaud about 6 weeks ago and have been doing everything right!

Please help. I had RNY on November 16th and have lost about 100 pounds. But around 6 weeks ago I stopped losing. I drink at least 64 ounces of water a day and at least 70 grams of protein. I don't eat junk food, I eat things like grilled chicken, salads with lo cal dressing, other healthy foods. I have increased my calorie intake because I was told I may hot be eating enough. I exercise at least 3 times a week, but am not doing weight training, so I know the fat isn't turning to muscle. What is going on? I called my doctors office and asked about a leak, and they told me it was unlikely and if I didn't lose weight in a week doing the things I just listed, to call them back. That will be this coming Monday. Prior to last week I wasn't on such a strict regimen that I put myself on. When you hit a plateau and increase your protein/water/calorie/exercise, how soon should you start losing again? And if this doesn't help, what more can I do? I'm very upset and getting very depressed over all this. Thanx!
