I have a question about taking sublingual B-12 tablets..

I know with the liquid you have to wait 30 seconds before you swallow. With the tablets do you have to wait until they dissolve to swallow? It takes a good 4-5 minutes for mine to dissolve and there's no way I can go that long without swallowing.
